| 2) What is a Random Draw? |
| Every player who registers and plays a Touch and Win™
Tournament on a JVL machine is entered into a draw. Winners names are pulled
randomly from the JVL Touch and Win™ tournament database. |

| 3) Does high score help you win? |
| JVL’s Touch and Win™ tournament winners are not based on
high score, these are randomly drawn winners. |

| 4) How do I know when there is a Tournament? |
| JVL’s Touch and Win™ tournament dates are advertised on the
machines, displayed on marketing posters within the location and on our website
at www.touchandwin.com . |

| 5) How often do tournaments occur? |
| JVL’s Touch and Win™ tournaments run on a monthly basis. |

| 6) How do I know if I have won? |
| A member of the JVL Touch and Win™ tournament staff will
contact you on the draw date as specified in tournament advertising and rules,
to notify you that you have won. You will be sent a release form to complete
and return to JVL with a copy of your photo id and a photo of yourself next to
a JVL machine. |

| 7) Is there a time limit for submitting my paperwork? |
| Yes, you must submit the required paperwork 1 month after
the draw date. |
